Are your perfumes 100% authentic?

Yes, all fragrances at Dubai Perfumes are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves.

How long does shipping take within the UAE and internationally?

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. International shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is lighter for daily wear.

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 14 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing our sample discovery sets before committing to a full bottle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.
