At Dubai Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original velvet box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our fragrance experts verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
